Nevil Jayan, also known as DayDreamer, originally began his musical journey as a keyboardist and vocalist. Hailing from Kochi, India, he was immersed in various genres of music from a young age. He started his musical journey at the age of 6. During the COVID-19 lockdown at the age of 13, he began to show an interest in music production. In between, he also worked with a western rock band called "La Vida" as their keyboardist.
